Belgian side Anderlecht have agreed to sign Kumasi Asante Kotoko striker Dauda Mohammed on a five year deal.
The deal is worth 400,000 Euros which will come at a good time for Dr. Kwame Kyei and the management of the Kumasi based club. The transfer fee incorporates several variables including game time.
According to the story, Dauda is supposed to join the U- 21 side for the first two years and then move up to join the main side on the subsequent three years.
The striker played for Kotoko for three seasons after graduating from the U – 20 side.
Mohammed Dauda born on 20th February, 1998 has been one of the top talents in the league season. He has nine goals to his credit. He also has featured for the U-20 and U- 23 sides for Ghana and has also had a call up to the senior side, Black Stars by coach Avram Grant
He will become the third Ghanaian player after Frank Acheampong and Emmanuel Sowah to be rolled onto the current books of Anderlecht.
The deal was supposed to have been done last season but the desired timelines were not met relative to the terms of agreement.
