The final group games of Group B will take place tonight starting 19:00GMT and there are two interesting games to be played.
Group leaders and favourites, Senegal will lock horns with Algeria at Franceville in a match Algeria needs maximum points to have any chance of qualifying to the next round. The North Africans who many pundits tagged as one of the favourites to win the 2017 Total African Cup of Nations are on the verge of exiting at the first round after amassing just a point from 2 games. The West Africans have already booked their place at the next round and are looking forward to meeting Cameroon in the next round on Saturday. Can the North Africans upset the West Africans and become the first nation to put a ball at the back of Alou Cisse men’s net?
The other group game will see Tunisia play Zimbabwe at Libreville and only a loss to Tunisia will prevent the Cartilage Eagles from advancing to the next round as runners up.
Catch all updates on what is billed to be a do-or-die affair as Group B final games pans out.
