Swansea City new signing Jordan Ayew says he has finally found a place where he can grow and improve as a footballer.
Last week, the Ghana international joined the English Premier League (EPL) club from English Championship side Aston Villa.
Ayew had been on the books of Aston Villa since the 2015/16 campaign – having joined them from French club Lorient, who bought him from Marseille in 2014.
“For the past three or four years I have been all over the place,” Ayew said
“I need stability and I think this is the perfect place for me to grow and improve in a lot of aspects. I think I made a wonderful choice.
“I am so grateful to be here. It’s the next step in my career,” the 25-year-old player continued.
“I have been here several times in the past with my brother and I saw a lot of positive things.
“He spoke to me about the club and he said only good things.”
Ayew, who represented Ghana at the 2017 AFCON finals, netted two goals for Villa in the league this season before moving to Swansea late last
