TRANSFERS: AS ROMA TRACKING FRANK ACHEAMPONG

Reports reaching GhanaMansports.com from Italy suggest that Italian giants, AS Roma are seeking to secure the services of Ghanaian winger, Frank Acheampong who is plying his trade in the Belgium Jupiler League with Anderlecht in a deal that will cost the Italian side £20m.

The Ghanaian international who is a main man at the Belgian side was part of the Ghana Black Stars squad that placed 4th at the 2017 AFCON held in Gabon recently deputizing at the left back position for the injured Baba Rahman who was ruled out of the tournament after suffering an Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injury in Ghana’s opening group game at the AFCON.

Frank Acheampong made his international debut in 2015 and has since from that time become an integral member of Ghana’s senior national team.

He has also been at Anderlecht since 2011 and has featured in all their European campaigns scoring incredible goals in that run. He is a key member to Anderlecht but reports claim AS want to prize away Anderlecht biggest prize in a £20m deal.

We will be following as it unfolds.
