Red Star Belgrade forward Richmond Boakye-Yiadom has revealed his desire to make a return to the senior national team of Ghana.
The 24-year-old who last featured for the Black Stars on 1st September, 2015 is currently making waves in the Serbian top-flight league is keen to earn another call-up to the Black Stars.
He has netted 5 goals in his five appearances for the Red and White lads.
“Am a Ghanaian and it is always a pleasure to be in the national team, I think am always to come back” Yiadom told Joy FM
“Because it is a dream of every player to come and help his nation when he is called”
“Am praying to God, so if am called again, I will be happy to come back”
Yiadom joined Red Star Belgrade on a one and half year loan deal from US Latina Calcio during the January transfer window. But he has had stints with Juventus, Sassuolo and Genoa in the Italian league in the past.
Boakye- Yiadom has scored three goals in ten caps for the National Team.
