Ghana’s unbeaten hotshot Abdul Razak Alhassan will battle veteran Omari Akhmedov in a UFC Fight Night 109 card billed for May 28th.
The clash between the duo will be a welterweight contest which has been billed for three rounds. It will take place in Stockholm, Sweden.
Akhmedov, an American Top Team competitor by way of Dagestan, brings a 17-4 record into the fight. He’s dropped two of his past three, but ended a two-fight losing streak in his last appearance, as he won a decision over Kyle Noke at UFC Fight Night 101 in November. He has 12 career finishes among his 17 victories.
The Ghanaian, meanwhile, knows nothing but finishes early in his career. He is 7-0, with all of his fights ending in 86 seconds or less via KO/TKO. That includes his 53-second knockout of Charlie Ward in his UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 99.
