Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah could leave Italian giants Juventus after reportedly putting in a transfer request.
According to reports from Italy West Ham target Kwadwo Asamoah has handed in a transfer request to current club Juventus.
Asamoah’s inability to grab a starting place in the Juventus team in recent times has fueled his decision to leave the Old Lady this summer.
The 27-year-old has reportedly received offers from Turkish Club Galatasary and English Premier League Club Southampton.
West Ham United have reportedly made inquiries with the player, and are also said to be keen on luring the former Udinese star.
Given that he did not feature regularly this past season, Champions League finalists Juventus are open to letting the Ghana international Asamoah leave provided they get a decent offer.
The 28-year-old’s current deal with the Old Lady of Italian football expires in 2018. He joined the club in 2012 from Udinese for €18 million and made 24 appearances this past season, contributing two assists to the Serie A outfit.
One of the strong attributes of Asamoah is that he is a versatile player being able to operate as a left-back, left-winger and well as in central midfield.
