Former Chelsea and Leicester City manager, Claudio Ranieri has been appointed the new manager of French Ligue 1 side, Nantes.
The Italian who was sacked by the Foxes just some months after winning the Premier League trophy has taken over the affairs at the Ligue 1 side.
Nantes have won the Ligue 1 title eight times but is yet to win one since 2001.
Ranieri who has had spells at Chelsea, Atletico Madrid among other clubs is at his 17th managerial job spanning 31 years.
He will lead the club that finished in the bottom of the table to a respectable position come next season.
