SANFORD WOMEN’S FA CUP: ROUND OF 16 DRAW

The Women’s League Board after careful deliberations at its meeting today, decided that there is no compelling reason, as requested by some clubs, to postpone the Match Day 7 fixtures of the National Women’s League (NWL) scheduled for June 24/25 and ends the first round of the Season 5.
The WLB has, thus, indicated that all NWL matches will be played on Saturday, June 24.
This will enable muslim players who intend to be part of the celebrations to signal the end of the Muslim Ramadan to do so without any distraction and for which some clubs had requested for the postponement.
The schedules are thus as follows:
Northern zone
⚽Wesley College Park, Saturday (3:00pm): Fabulous Ladies v Ampem Darkoa
⚽ Prempeh College, Saturday (12:00pm): Kumasi Sports Academy v Lepo Ladies
⚽ Coronation Park, Saturday (12:00pm): Prisons Ladies v Ashtown Ladies
⚽ Tamale Stadium Annex, Saturday (3:00pm): Northern Ladies v Real Upper Ladies

Southern Zone
⚽Ayinasi Town Park, Saturday (3:00pm): Holy Royals v Immigration
⚽Robert Mensa Stadium, Saturday (3:00pm): LadyStrikers v Soccer Intellectuals
⚽Bompeh Park, Saturday (3:00pm): Hasaacas Ladies v Elmina Sea Lions
⚽ Nungua Town Park, Saturday (3:00pm): Samaria Ladies v Police Ladies.
Clubs must kindly take note and plan accordingly.

Thank you
WLB.
