Ebusua Dwarfs are scheduled to play Kumasi Asante Kotoko in Matchday 20 of the Ghana Premier League at the Cape Coast stadium tomorrow.
Kotoko were beaten 5-1 last season under caretaker manager, Michael Osei which led to so many agitations from fans and the hierarchy of the club. The club went on to finish fifth in the Ghana Premier League after the season.
Ahead of what promises to be a feisty encounter, Ebusua Dwarfs forward, Nicholas Gyan who is the league’s topscorer with 10 goals had ruled out any move to the Porcupine Warriors fancing Dormaa based side, Aduana Stars over the 24 time league winners.
He told Metro Sports, Kumasi;
“Kotoko is not my dream team and I don’t want to play for them”.
“Aduana is my dream team”.
“We are ready for Kotoko and we(Dwarfs) are going to attack them”.
“Our defenders will be critical on the Kotoko strikers”.
He was also asked on why he didn’t join Kotoko’s arch rivals, Accra Hearts of Oak when the club was seeking for his services and he quickly replied saying;
“I didn’t join Hearts of Oak in the second round of the season because they(Hearts of Oak) destroy players”.
Dwarfs versus Kotoko is live at the Cape Coast Stadium tomorrow starting.
