The 2017 Wimbledon Mixed doubles has seen Briton Jamie Murray and Martina Hingis from Switzerland reach the quarter finals after the pair beat Roman Jebavy and Lucie Hradecka all from Czech Republic.
Murray and Hingis who partnered just last week won in straight sets of 6-3 6-4 to reach the quarter finals in an hour and 11 minutes despite a rain-interrupted match.
The pair could face Ken Skupski and Jocelyn Rae, all from Britain.
When it comes to doubles, Murray and Hingis has vast pedigree and the pair will seek to add to their collection of titles. Murray is a mixed double champion at Wimbledon 2007 and also twice Men’s doubles at Australian and US open, 2016 while Hingis is a five time singles champion, 12 times women’s double champion and a further five mixed double champion.
