Reports reaching GhanaMansports.com have it that Manchester City and England goalkeeper, Joe Hart is set to have a medical with WestHam United on Monday.
The deal which will see the 30 year old join the Hammers on a season long loan is set to be completed after the Citizens agreed to let the goalkeeper leave.
Joe Hart who was an integral member of Manchester City winning two league titles among others with the club became a peripheral figure when Manchester City appointed Pep Guardiola who brought in Claudio Bravo to take over the number one spot, sending Hart on loan to Italian side, Torino.
Joe Hart who has a contract with City till 2019 has been told to find another club despite joining his parent club for preseason and it seems WestHam United is ready to acquire the services of Joe Hart.
Our sources reports that City will fund half of Hart wages and also have agreed with WestHam that they can have the option to buy.
