DENNIS APPIAH: ‘NO CONTACT FROM OTHER CLUBS’

Dennis Appiah has indicated that he has ‘not had any contact’ from any club as he looks forward to helping his club Anderlecht perform well next season.

The French-born Ghana defender downplayed any contact from other clubs as he has been rumoured to be moving away from the Belgian giants.

Dennis Appiah, 25, who was an integral member of the squad that won the Belgian top flight and also reached the quarter finals of the UEFA Europa League said;

“I have not heard any of those clubs personally”.

“Maybe there’s something about it, but I did not talk about it. I’ve read that article, friends have even sent me it several times”, the 25 year old said.

“It has always been my intention to play RSC Anderlecht for one year”, the French-born Ghana defender added.

“And in my second year I wanted to play Champions League, and that’s just what’s going to happen now. So I’m perfectly on schedule”, he continued.
