BLACK STARS ‘B’ 1-3 DE VISSER ACADEMY

The local national team of Ghana, Black Stars ‘B’ lost for the first time in so many friendly games played ahead of their 2018 CHAN qualifiers.

The team who will move to Burkina Faso on Wednesday lost 3-1 to Gordon Attram’s de Visser Academy as they end their preparations ahead of the clash with Burkina Faso.

De Visser Academy took the lead through Reginald Thompson in the 30th minute with Godfred Odametey adding a second five minutes after to put the Academy club 2-0 up.

AshantiGold SC’s striker Safiu Mumuni pulled one back for the Black Stars ‘B’ and in their quest to snatch an equaliser, Reginald Thompson added a 3rd to snatch the win for the Academy side.

There were host of changes in the second half but De Visser Academy held on to beat the local national team of Ghana 3-1.

It was a good preparatory match as the team flies to Ouagadougou on Wednesday.

Ghana plays Burkina Faso in the first leg on Saturday with the return leg a week later.
