The Disciplinary Committee (DC) of the Ghana Football Association has ruled in favour of NEA Salamina in relation to their GN Bank Division One League matchweek 24 match against Berekum Arsenals.
The DC has handed the Techiman based side all maximum points from the game.
NEA Salamina lodged a protest with the DC that Arsenals fielded an unqualified player during the game and also failed to pay a fine imposed on the club by the GFA before playing the game on August 2 which contravenes GFA regulations.
NEA Salamina with the protest win means they still occupy top spot in Zone 1 with 51 points.
They now hold a six point advantage over second team, Techiman City with four games to go.
