FIFA U 20 WOMEN’S WORLD CUP – FIRST ELEVEN FOR BLACK PRINCESS CONFIRMED FOR ALGERIA ENCOUNTER

The Black Princess of Ghana  will face their Algerian counter parts in the qualification match for the FIFA U 20 Women’s World Cup 2018.

As a result of this, the Ghana contingent have already arrived in Algeria for the past three days training ahead of the important fixture.

The Black Princesses will face their Algerian counterparts in the qualifying match scheduled to be played at the Omar Hamadi Stadium in Algiers.

Thirty players were invited to the Black Princesses camp in August as they began preparations for their 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches.

First Eleven Confirmed

Therefore, Coach Yusif Bassigi has named Ghana’s starting line-up for Friday evening’s FIFA World Cup qualifier against Algeria.

Former U 17 goalkeeper Martha Annan will be in post for Ghana with Sandra Owusu Ansah and Rafia Kulchire Alhassan in attack for this evening’s game.

The game is expected to kick off at 7pm (local time).

Ghana will host Algeria in the return leg encounter in a fortnight.

Winner of the two-legged tie will advance to the next stage of the 2019 FIFA World Cup qualifiers which will be staged in France.

The 2018 FIFA U-20 World Cup will be staged in France from 7-26 August, 2018.
