Aduana Stars ensured they consolidated their lead on the top of the Ghana Premier League 2017 when they beat WAFA 1-0 at the Nana Agyemang Badu VI Park at Dormaa.
Aduana started piling pressure on the young lads of WAFA right from the blast of the referee’s whistle but the defense of WAFA were very resolute to withstand the pressure.
But it was unfortunate for WAFA as they succumbed to a goal by Derick Sasraku after 55 minutes of action when his marker Caleb Amankwah failed to stop him.
