ERNEST SOWAH CALLS ON KOTOKO TO RELEASE HIM AFTER BRIBERY ALLEGATIONS WERE LEVELED AGAINST HIM

Goal keeper for Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Ernest Sowah has called on the Management of the club to release him following a bust up with the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Kwame Kyei.
Sowah made his intentions clear during a radio interview with Angel FM in Kumasi on Tuesday afternoon. He explained that the main reason for his decision to quit Kotoko is a supposed bribery allegation leveled against him by Dr. Kwame Kyei.
“Dr Kwame Kyei accused me of taking bribe in front of the playing Body inside the dressing room immediately after the GPL week 30 game against Liberty professionals”. Sowah said.
The former Black Stars goal keeper also admitted that he has a year left on his current contract to serve.
“I have one more year left in my contract , I am pleading not to the supporters but rather to the management of Asante Kotoko to terminate my contract mutually ,I am not happy at the club”.
Sowah continued by explaining that,” I came to kotoko not as a poor man ,I don’t lack, I have my own house ,I have cars , so how on earth will I take bribe from Liberty professionals ? “
“I told Dr Kwame Kyei after that accusation that, “for what God has done for me ,how on earth will i do such a thing” ?
Sources close to ghanamansports revealed that there are some clauses in his contract that even forbids him from granting an interview ..he can be punish for that alone .
