SALAH TO GET 1BILLION EUROS COMPENSATION AS EGYPTIAN LAWYER FILES SUIT AGAINST SERGIO RAMOS

An Egyptian lawyer has filed a suit Real Madrid captain, Sergio Ramos for intentionally causing a severe injury to Liverpool star Mohammed Salah.

Salah was substituted after 30 minutes of play in the finals of the UEFA Champions League played on Saturday, May 26 at Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. Ramos gripped the hand of Salah in a tussle for the ball as both players fell on the pitch leaving Salah in severe pain and had to leave the field because the pains would not permit him to even finish the first half.

This is the case of the complaint presented to FIFA by the lawyer Bassem Wahba, who has requested damages of over one billion euros to the Real Madrid plant “for deliberately inflicting physical and psychological damage on an entire nation and its most famous player ” . The lawyer revealed his intentions to the Sada El-Balad channel, to which he also announced that, should he receive compensation, he will transfer it to the Long Live Egypt Fund.

A millionaire denunciation, but not only: two petitions were also presented on Change.org for Ramos to be punished by UEFA and FIFA and excluded from the World Cup if Salah could not recover in time from the shoulder injury (the first has already reached 500,000 subscriptions). The race against the time of the former Rome continues (at the moment is in Spain to treat the shoulder), probably with an extra fan.

“Ramos intentionally injured Salah and he must be punished for it,” he said. “I filed a complaint with FIFA,” he told the English publication. “I will ask for compensation, that could excede €1 billion for the physical and psychological damages to Salah and the Egyptian people,” he said.

In the event that he is successful, he said he will donate the money to the Long Live Egypt foundation in Salah’s native country.
