Ghana’s Jordan Ayew is in hot water with his manager after refusing to train with the Swansea first team.
Ayew, 26, was the Swans’ top scorer as they were relegated from the Premier League last season.
And the striker is now hoping to force a move away from South Wales, with Crystal Palace or Fulham his most likely destinations.
“There’s no further news on Jordan – he’s just not been here,” Swansea manager Graham Potter said.
“That tells you that he’s not part of what we’re trying to do, by his own actions,” Potter told BBC Sport Wales.
His brother Andre Ayew has left the Welsh club on loan for Turkish side Fenerbarche.
