KWADWO ASAMOAH RETURNS FOR BLACK STARS DUTIES AS COACH KWASI APPIAH NAMES SQUAD

Black Stars Coach, Dr. James Kwasi Appiah has revealed his list of players to face Kenya on September 8 in Nairobi.

Ghana is due to the play Harambee Stars of Kenya in an African Cup qualifier Cameroon 2019.

Inter Milan left back Kwadwo Asamoah makes a return into the team after a four year absence. His last appearance was in 2014 after the World Cup in Brazil.

Belgium based striker William Owusu Acheampong of Antwerp is the only new addition to the squad as Emmanuel Boateng of Levante misses out through injury.

Meanwhile captain Asamoah Gyan and his striking partners Andre Dede Ayew and Jordan Ayew have all been left out of the squad.

The team will camp in the East African nation of Ethiopia before leaving for Kenya for the game slated for September 8th.
