Kumasi Asante Kotoko have arrived home safely after their buoyant win over Coton Sports de Garoua in Cameroon.
Kotoko beat Coton 3-2 in Cameroon on Sunday in the 2018/19 CAF Confederations Cup qualifiers.
Three goals from Emmanuel Gyamfi, Maxwell Baakoh, and Abdul Fatawu Safiu ensured that Kotoko go into the second as favourite.
The team touched down at the Kotoka International Airport on Tuesday afternoon.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the club, Dr Kwame Kyei to the surprise of the players organised a party for them on their return to Ghnana after the win over Coton Sport in the first leg of the Caf Confederation Cup final play-off on Sunday.
The party took place at Achimota after the players had touched down in Ghana from Cameroon.
Kotoko would welcome Coton to the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday, January 20th for the second leg.
