Tamale Utrecht Academy has won the Maiden U15 League after beating Western Planet 2-0 at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence in Prampram on Saturday.
Utrecht Academy won the Northern Zone and Western Planets won the Southern Zone, thus a one-off final to decide the winner of the Maiden U15 League.
Latif Rakibu and Iddrisu Mujahid scored at the die embers of the game to hand the Tamale based side the title.
The topscorer of the competition went to Amadu Musah of Western Planet who scored an incredible twelve goals and also banged in the most valuable player of the tournament.
