Chelsea’s captain, leader and legend, John Terry has been handed WWE Championship belt by Triple H to celebrate winning the Premier League.
John Terry has been at Chelsea since making his debut in 1997 in a League Cup and has been an integral member of the Chelsea squad leading the club to so many laurels.
He announced last month that he will bring to an end his 20 year association with the club and ahead of it, he has been awarded with the Wrestling belt by a staunch Chelsea supporter, Triple H to celebrate the Premier League title Chelsea has won this season to make his bow out a memorable one.
The 35 year old was given the golden strap belt which had the WWE logo in the middle alongside Chelsea badges on either side of the belt.
WWE legend Triple H tweeted: “Congratulations to John Terry and @ChelseaFC on winning the @PremierLeague!”
John Terry will showcase the belt to the Stamford Bridge faithfuls as he take to the pitch when Chelsea host Sunderland at 14:00GMT today in what is the final game for the English and Chelsea’s final PL game.
