The Black Stars of Ghana made a donation to the Kumasi Orphanage Home on Friday afternoon ahead of the country’s AFCON qualifier match with Ethiopia on Sunday.
After paying a courtesy call on the Asantehene at his Manhyia Palace, the team embarked on their usual charity giving.
The team led by Captain Asamoah Gyan donated bags of rice, gallons of oil, cartons of milk, toiletries and other items to the home before they headed to training later on.
The people of Kumasi have welcomed the Stars with open hands and as has been the practice of the team they gave back to the people of Kumasi with the donation.
The game against the Ethiopians will take place on Sunday the 11th of June.
