Ghanaian international and Inter Milan Academy graduate, Isaac Donkor has expressed delight at the permanent move to Cesena.
Donkor, 22, who has been the subject of a loan spells has joined Serie B side Cesena and he has expressed his joy at the club. He told FCInterNews.it;
”I am very proud that Cesena being one of the most prestigious clubs in the Serie B have signed me”.
”Cesena is also one of the top clubs at the lower-tier side that plays competitive football and I am very happy that they have signed me on a permanent deal from Inter Milan”, the 22 year old added.
” I thank the President, manager and the coach who have all shown trust in me and have invested their resources to get me. I will repay them on the field of play following their trust in me”, he continued.
”Inter Milan have been an important club for my career and that is where I was groomed by becoming a professional player”, he indicated.
Donkor concluded by saying; ”I came to Inter Milan at a very tender age and I was able to fight hard to find my way into the senior side at a point in time after which I had some game time. I will always be grateful to Inter Milan for given me the chance”.
