It was a fascinating first half of the Super Clash as Kotoko and Hearts of Oak went into the break goalless.

It was a half of two moments as Kotoko dominated the early 30 minutes of the game creating half chances as striker Saddick Adams was a thorn in the flesh of the Phobians.

Hearts of Oak took over and also had their chances but both sides could not find the back of the net at the end of the first half.

Teams have gone to the dressing room as we await the second half.

In terms of spectating, the stadium is almost full to capacity as both stands can account for almost 80% of fans at the stadium.

Tense, creativity and rare goal scoring opportunities have been the order of the day.

Second half underway at the Baba Yara stadium as Accra Hearts of Oak starts play.

Asante Kotoko 1-1 Accra Hearts of Oak.

The draw means Asante Kotoko moves to 36 points after 24 round of games and lies 4th in the Ghana Premier League with Accra Hearts of Oak remaining at 3rd with 40 points after 24 games played.

SUMMARY

It was a nice game as both sides played a scoring draw. Game was ok to my expectation as Kotoko makes a return to playing football after the July 12 accident.
