Holders Manchester United have been handed a home tie against third-tier Burton Albion while Chelsea will take on Championship side Nottingham Forest.

There is an all Premiership-affair as Liverpool will make a trip to the King Power Stadium to face Leicester City with West Bromich Albion welcoming Manchester City at the Hawthorns.
