Prempeh College got off to a good start in the round of 32 when they beat Amaniampong SHS of Mampong by a lone goal scored by Diego Zacheaus . Prior to that Sakafia had opened up the third day of the competition with a two nil scoreline against Aduman SHS.
Akropong based Osei Tutu SHS also had to resort to the spot before they could go through at the expense of Dadease SHS. Osei Tutu won 6-5 on penalties after been held to a 1-1 draw by Dadease.
TI Amass also qualified for the quarter finals after defeating Kumasi Academey 4: 3 after penalties shoot out. They will face Kumasi Secondary Technical School (KSTS) in the first game of the quarter- finals. KSTS also whitewashed Ejisuman SHS 3-0 in the second game of 1/16th stage
