Black Stars Players Arrive in Kenya for to prepare for Ethiopia clash

Players of Ghana’s Senior National Team, Black Stars have started arriving at their camp base in Kenya ahead of their crunch African cup qualifier against Ethiopia.

The Black Stars are due to take on as the Walias of Ethiopia at the Addis Ababa Stadium on Sunday, November 18 at the Bole National Stadium in Addis Ababa in the sixth game of Group F.

Inter Milan based Kwadwo Asamoah has opted out of the 20-invited players called up for the match. The left back has asked to be excused as a result of injury he sustained when his side lost heavily to Atlanta.

Coach Kwasi Appiah with his two assistants, Ibrahim Tanko and Maxwell Konadu, as well as technical coordinator Stephen Appiah, Goalkeepers trainer Richard Kingston and the other members, left Accra for Kenya on Monday evening.

Andre Ayew and his younger brother Jordan Ayew are making a return to the team for the first time in over a year.

Ghana could not play their double header against Sierra Leone last Month due to the West African side receiving an indefinite suspension from FIFA.
